A 6 bottle case of our single-estate, slowly fermented prosecco. Produced from the juice of the sumptuous Glera grapes that grow in The Valley of the Foxes in Asolo, one of only two superior DOCG certified prosecco regions in the whole of Italy.

Appearance: Pale, clear, ultra-fine bubbles

Nose: Floral notes of Acacia and Wisteria, apple

Taste: Clean, delicate flavours of apple and peach with a crisp minerality at the end

Lovely smooth Prosecco

Prosecco would be a long favourite tipple of mine. I saw an ad for Pale Fox, i read the good reviews in their website. I gambled and ordered a case. Im happy to say my gamble paid off. This is a lovely prosecco with no sharpness or horrible after taste. I would recommend this prosecco to anyone
