I haven’t tried the wine yet, but the customer service is excellent. Royal Mail lost my package, I contacted customer services and Maddie responded within the hour and sorted out the problem for me it wasn’t long until I received my replacement bottle. Thank you so much!

Excellent product and service

I ordered the gift set for a wedding gift and bought a single bottle for myself and completely blown away by the quality of Pale Fox Prosecco as well as it’s beautiful packaging! The gift set went down a treat and they’ve informed me that they’re keeping their wedding cards inside the box as it’s too beautiful to part with!

I’ve bought a few of these as gifts, I prefer the box which opens on the side, the new box feels a bit cheap, also please use another delivery service, there are such few options with Royal Mail
